Clinic Procedures

Appointment Cancellation / Re-scheduling :

Your session time is reserved especially for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date. Cancellations / re-scheduling without 24 hours prior notice will attract a 50% fee charge.

What If I Am Late For My Appointment ? :

Arriving late simply limits your session time.
Your session will end on time so as not to inconvenience the following client.
You will be charged full fees even if you arrive late.

Payments:

We accept cash, / credit card (Visa / MasterCard) payments.
For your convenience EFTPOS facilities are also available.

Referrals:

At times, referral to other health care professionals may be advised.
I work in conjunction with other practitioners to ensure clients receive
appropriate care at all times.

Specials, Therapy, Gift Certificates:

Due to the nature of therapy, there are no refunds on therapy given.
No refunds on specials, gift certificates or where therapy has been
previously paid and not followed through.
